Location
The rooms are in desperate need of repair -- heaters work very poorly, shower head falls off, kitchen elements are missing (eg no forks). Over the weekend there's no one round besides front desk person meaning that there are very few requests they can satisfy.

Good location, as its a short walk from Earl's Court Tube station. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was well laid out, neat and tidy. The apartment was cleaned every day, which is very good. WiFi is free as well.
The staff at the reception, while being friendly were uninformed. If you ask any question out of the ordinary, they would say "I'll get back to you after I check with the manager". The manager would only work normal office hours at a different hotel. Add to that poor English language skills of the staff, it leads to frustration. The water pressure was very bad, while using hot water. On day 4, it took 10 mins to get hot water in the shower, after turning the shower on. Looks like the boiler is not sized properly for simultaneous use across the ApartHotel. The WiFi would connect well on laptop, but not so well on phone or iPad. This indicates they have a cheap low powered WiFi router.

Good location, near public transport. Clean and tidy with a daily maid service.
Noisy water pipes. Finish seemed rushed as not all the good. Staff didn't know every worked (eg the couldn't explain how to work the room safe). Main room very warm even with the heater off.
